KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
We recommend you arrive 5 minutes before class start time, drink plenty of water before attending, and bring a yoga mat and small towel with you. We have all other equipment and accessories you will need for class.
MAKE UP OPTIONS
You can make up Barre with any other Barre or Bootcamp, including: Fitness Bootcamp, 20 Second Bootcamp, or Booty Bootcamp, during the week. Weekends are not included in make ups.
