Beginner Boot Camp

This class is for people that are just starting out on their fitness journey and are out of shape, significantly overweight or have an injury that limits their exercise options. Workouts include modifications for low impact cardio and light weight training. Ideally you will do this class for several months until you are ready to move on to the Intermediate Boot Camp.
