Beginner Boot Camp
This class is for people that are just starting out on their fitness journey and are out of shape, significantly overweight or have an injury that limits their exercise options.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
We recommend you arrive 5 minutes before class start time. We have all the equipment and accessories you will need for class.
MAKE UP OPTIONS
You can make up Beginner Bootcamp with any other Bootcamp, including: Fitness Bootcamp, 20 Second Bootcamp, or Booty Bootcamp during the week. Weekends are not included in make ups.
