Beginner HIIT is a mix of short bursts of cardio, weights, and body weight followed by an equal amount of recovery/rest. Our focus will be to burn the maximum amount of calories in the shortest period of work time.

We recommend you arrive 5 minutes before class start time. We have all equipment and accessories you will need for class.
MAKE UP OPTIONS
You can make up Beginner HIIT with any other HIIT or Bootcamp, including: HIIT Burnout, Fitness Bootcamp, 20 Second Bootcamp, or Booty Bootcamp, during the week. Weekends are not included in make ups.
