Strength Burn Out
Each week instructors will focus on a specific muscle group to help you build long, lean muscles and target your problem areas.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
We recommend you arrive 5 minutes before class start time. We have all other equipment and accessories you will need for class.
MAKE UP OPTIONS
You can make up Burnout with any Strength Training or Bootcamp, including: Beginner Bootcamp, 20 Second Bootcamp, Booty Bootcamp, or Express Strength Training during the week. Weekends are not included in make ups.
