Express Strength Training
Use your body weight and and free weights to break down your muscles. Instructors will guide you through proper form and encourage you to keep going!
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
We recommend you arrive 5 minutes before class start time. We have all other equipment and accessories you will need for class.
MAKE UP OPTIONS
You can make up Strength Training with any Strength Training or Bootcamp, including: Beginner Bootcamp, 20 Second Bootcamp, Booty Bootcamp, HIIT Burnout, or Burnout during the week. Weekends are not included in make ups.
