Strength training is very important in order to lose weight, increase metabolism and tone your body. Use your body weight and 5lb, 8lb and 10lb free weights to break down your muscles. Stacy and Shannon will guide you through proper form and encourage you to keep going! This class is great for beginners and any age (we have 60+ year olds).
