Cardio and strength training workouts will be organized in circuits meaning participants will move from station to station with short rest periods in between. You will burn anywhere from 500-800 calories per workout. This class offers a variety of exercises to test muscular and cardiovascular endurance, strength, agility, core, balance, and overall fitness. You need to be able to jog for 5 minutes without stopping.

    I love all the bootcamps that McClure offers – or at least after they are done 🙂 Marietta pushes me way past my comfort zone, but that’s why I go there. The variety of each class keeps things interesting and fun and make sure I don’t get bored with the same routine each class or each week. Often times you never really know what you are getting yourself in to, but that’s part of the fun! I have learned to push my body way past its limits and see what I’m made of.
