MAKE UP OPTIONS
You can make up HIIT Intervals with any HIIT or Bootcamp including: Beginner HIIT, HIIT Burnout, Beginner Bootcamp, 20 Second Bootcamp, or Booty Bootcamp during the week. Weekends are not included in make ups.
