Beginner HIIT is a mix of short bursts of cardio, weights, and body weight followed by an equal amount of recovery/rest. Our focus will be to burn the maximum amount of calories in the shortest period of work time. NO running and not a lot of plyometric moves (i.e. burpees). This class is tailored for a beginner or someone who wants to burn a lot of calories but needs more low impact exercises. Prepare to work out at YOUR maximum level. It will be FUN!!
