Heated vinyasa yoga where you flow from one pose to the next using your breath. Our version is more of an athletic practice with a cardiovascular element, and you'll also work on core strength and balance. This class incorporates a small amount of yoga style strength training to tone muscles and be able to actually perform the yoga sequences. Sometimes power yoga can be very fast and furious and the room is always heated. Prepare to sweat a lot in the heat and burn 350+ calories. Beginners are welcome.
