Heated vinyasa yoga where you flow from one pose to the next using your breath. Our version is more of an athletic practice with a cardiovascular element, and you’ll also work on core strength and balance.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
We recommend you arrive 5 minutes before class start time, bring a yoga mat, towel, and a bottle of water! We have all other equipment and accessories you will need for class.
MAKE UP OPTIONS
You can make up Hot Yoga with any other Hot Yoga or Bootcamp, including: Beginner Bootcamp, 20 Second Bootcamp, or Booty Bootcamp, during the week. Weekends are not included in make ups.
