Alternate between the row machine, spin bike and weights for your cardio and Strength training.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
We recommend you arrive 10 minutes before class start time, bring a towel and a water bottle. We have all other equipment and accessories you will need for class.
MAKE UP OPTIONS
You can make up Ride, Row and Reps with any Bootcamp, including: Beginner Bootcamp, Fitness Bootcamp, 20 Second Bootcamp, or Booty Bootcamp, during the week. If you miss your spin class, you will not be able to make up with another spin. Weekends are not included in make ups.
