We recommend you arrive 5 minutes before class start time. We have all other equipment and accessories you will need for class.
MAKE UP OPTIONS
You can make up Ropes, Rowers, and Kettle Bells with any Bootcamp including: Beginner Bootcamp, 20 Second Bootcamp, or Booty Bootcamp during the week. Weekends are not included in make ups.
