Alternate between the row machine and weights for your cardio and Strength training.

We recommend you arrive 5 minutes before class start time. We have all other equipment and accessories you will need for class.
MAKE UP OPTIONS
You can make up Row and Reps with any other Row and Reps or Bootcamp including: Beginner Bootcamp, 20 Second Bootcamp, or Booty Bootcamp during the week. Weekends are not included in make ups.
