Spin & Sculpt
Indoor cycling meets Pilates training in this strength and cardio combination class like no other. 30 minutes of challenging cycling then 30 minutes of Core, upper body and leg work.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
We recommend you arrive 10 minutes before class start time, bring a towel and a water bottle. We have all other equipment and accessories you will need for class.
MAKE UP OPTIONS
You can make up Spin with any Bootcamp, including: Beginner Bootcamp, Fitness Bootcamp, 20 Second Bootcamp, or Booty Bootcamp, during the week. If you miss your spin class, you will not be able to make up with another spin. Weekends are not included in make ups.
