We recommend you arrive 5 minutes before class start time and bring a yoga mat. We have all other equipment and accessories you will need for class.
MAKE UP OPTIONS
You can make up Stretch Yoga with any Yoga or Bootcamp including: Vinyasa Yoga or Beginner Yoga, Beginner Bootcamp, 20 Second Bootcamp, or Booty Bootcamp during the week. Weekends are not included in make ups.
