Low impact cardio followed by a 30 minute stretching session to work on flexibility and balance.

We recommend you arrive 5 minutes before class start time. We have all other equipment and accessories you will need for class.
MAKE UP OPTIONS
You can make up Sweat + Stretch with any Bootcamp including: Beginner Bootcamp, 20 Second Bootcamp, or Booty Bootcamp during the week. Weekends are not included in make ups.
