Weight Loss Challenge
Get in shape with our 10 Week Weight Loss Challenge! Starts January 7th. This is based on accountability, eating right and learning to love to exercise. New this challenge: Meal prep training and Meal Prep Groups! Led by Marietta McClure.

Starts January 7th!
- Before picture
- Before weigh in/measure
- 1 bootcamp class per week (you can do more or other fitness classes if you want, but they will be $5 per workout).
- Access to closed Facebook group of meal sharing, helpful tips, updates. You will be added to group upon first payment.
- Weekly weigh in.
- Recipes, meal prep and meal planning.
- Meal Prep training and swap groups available.
“Homework” to be done daily:
- Daily logs on “My Fitness Pal”
- Food prep every night for the next day
WEEKLY meeting to discuss recipes, meal planning, accountability, weigh in, re-measure and workout.

You will sign an agreement to pay the entire $325. We want everyone ALL IN and money is motivation to finish something. There are NO REFUNDS. If you slack off and decide not to finish the challenge your account will still be charged on the designated dates.
