  • Before weigh in/measure
  • 1 bootcamp class per week (you can do more or other fitness classes if you want, but they will be $7 per workout).
  • Access to closed Facebook group of meal sharing, helpful tips, updates. You will be added to group upon first payment.
  • Weekly weigh in.
  • Recipes, meal prep and meal planning.
  • Meal Prep training and swap groups available.

“Homework” to be done daily:

  • Daily logs on “My Fitness Pal”
  • Food prep every night for the next day

WEEKLY meeting to discuss recipes, meal planning, accountability, weigh in, re-measure and workout.

Virtual challengers: $125 includes weekly office hour with Marietta, access to online workouts, leaderboard fitness challenges, learn how to meal prep and recipes galore!

    I completed the 8-week weight-loss challenge last Spring & it was an awesome experience! Doing the challenge is a great way to get back on track & hold yourself accountable. I lost 20 lbs. during the 8-week challenge & I couldn’t have done it without the support I received from the staff at McClure Fitness. I met so many great people & made new friends. I’m looking forward to the next challenge!

    I will be taking my third 12 week challenge. My husband and I did the very first one and it was a great way of getting into working out and being accountable due to weighing in with someone else seeing the scale besides myself. My second one was just completed and it has helped my blood sugar tremendously since I am diabetic.

    I just completed the Fall 12-week challenge and it was great! Not only did I receive lots of support from Marietta and the staff, I was supported by the others doing the challenge. I lost weight, inches, and had huge improvements in my running time and ability. The weekly accountability is so important to me…I need someone looking at the scale and not passing judgment, but helping me see that I’m on the right track in achieving my goals and if not, help me see what I can do to get back on track.     I have done 3 weight loss challenges with McClure Fitness and I have loved each one of them! The support and accountability is great! Knowing that you have to weigh in each week keeps you motivated to eat healthy and exercise. I have made new friends and met several people throughout the challenges. The instructors are there to help and answer any questions you have. The workouts such as boot camp, intervals, HIIT, etc. really get your heart rate going which burns fat. The dietician that meets with us is very informational and has really good handouts and forms that will keep you on the right track when you go grocery shopping. If you are looking to lose weight and become a better you, you should sign up for the challenge! You won’t regret it!

If you follow the program and do the work, you will see results. the group setting and weekly weigh ins are the accountability that I needed to be successful. To top it all off, I met some great friends in the process!
