Bootcamp. The name screams intensity! That’s because at McClure Fitness, it does. Rotate between cardio and strength training stations to experience the fat-burning, muscle-building mayhem of a class that put us on the map.
Fewer stations in the Intervals and Fat Blaster classes doesn’t mean that you’ll pour fewer buckets of sweat when your instructor turns up the heat. Every class pushes you to your limit and then some. Just don’t come with excuses, because we won’t have any of that.
And don’t think that you get to cool off between stations in this loud, busy bootcamp. Nope. That’s not how we do it. We run between strength sets to keep those calories burning like a bonfire.
