Whether you can’t get enough of the gym and eat all the healthy foods or you can’t remember the last time your heart rate was elevated, I want to show you how to get real results in just seven days.
Launch is like rocket fuel for your fitness journey. It’s seven days of intense focus on lifestyle change. This isn’t some thrown-together plan. I’ve organized every workout based on my years of experience helping thousands of people take back their body and my own personal success.

YES! After three pregnancies and four kids (yep, one set of twins) I know first-hand what it takes to get results.
I’ve taken my proven formula and packed it into seven days to give you a taste of what’s possible. And it is possible if you stick with me for one week.

Take full advantage of the group exercise class environment no matter where you work out. Each video is recorded live during actual classes at McClure Fitness. Work out with real people going after their goals just like you. Watch on any device for the ultimate flexibility.
Here’s what to expect every day. Every workout has modifications and you can always take a break when needed.
This is a basic cardio and strength training workout. Expect to spike your heart rate during the cardio sessions and burn your muscles out during the strength training sessions. Massive calorie burns are expected!
Expect to focus on smaller muscle groups that will lift your booty, sculpt your arms and tighten your legs through ballet inspired movements. Short bursts of cardio are thrown in to spike your heart rate and burn fat.
Expect jumping jacks and modified burpees to get your heart rate up then burn out your leg muscles, the biggest muscles in your body which also give you the highest calorie burn! Don’t let “intense” scare you off. You can always modify to your level.
After three days of workouts, it’s time for a rest day! But we can’t stop cold-turkey or the stiffness and soreness will take over. This active rest class includes low impact cardio and 30 minutes of stretching. Repeat this day anytime you’re feeling really sore.
Use boxing-inspired movement to burn out your arms and abs for strength training combined with plenty of cardio to fight your way into shape. Plenty of calories will be burned here if you keep the intensity up!
Workout for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds. Repeat. Sound easy?! Not a chance! Prepare to spike your heart rate during cardio and burn your muscles out during strength training. This is a fast-paced workout that makes the time fly by!

Not at all! I’ve got every workout planned out for you. Each class is led by a certified trainer to coach you through the entire workout. If you can follow instructions and know how to listen to your body (take breaks or push yourself) then you can do this!
Let’s be honest with each other. You won’t reach your ultimate goal in seven days. It may take months or longer depending on your goal and where you are at today. Any program or trainer that tells you otherwise is lying to you to make a buck.
The most important thing to do is start. My promise to you is that if you start this journey with me, you will get results.
The workouts are designed to be effective at burning fat and building lean muscle. Every exercise in the class can be modified to your fitness level to be more challenging if that’s what you need.
I can’t speak for every program out there, but what I’m offering is based on my personal experience and the success of thousands of others that have gone through my programs.
I can tell you the best results happen when you fully commit to me and trust the process!
