Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup whole grain oats I find the old fashion oats expand more than the steel cut oats
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt I like siggis, use dairy free or omit if dairy free
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds optional
- 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
- 1/4 cup almond milk optional - only add this if protein powder, flax seeds, and chia seeds were added
- 1/4 cup apple diced

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a container with a lid.
- Fasten lid and shake until combined. Refrigerate overnight, or for at least 3 hours.
- Serve cold or warm!
