whole grain oats
I find the old fashion oats expand more than the steel cut oats

plain Greek yogurt
I like siggis, use dairy free or omit if dairy free

unsweetened applesauce

tsp
cinnamon

scoop
vanilla protein powder
optional

ground flax seeds
optional

chia seeds

almond milk
optional – only add this if protein powder, flax seeds, and chia seeds were added

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a container with a lid.
Fasten lid and shake until combined. Refrigerate overnight, or for at least 3 hours.
Serve cold or warm!
