- 2 pounds ground beef or ground turkey 99% lean turkey or 96% lean beef
- 1 can Lima beans drained, 15-ounce
- 2 cans mixed vegetables drained, 15-ounce
- 1 can corn drained, 15-ounce
- 1 can carrots drained, 15-ounce
- 4 cans diced tomatoes 15-ounce
- 1 can tomatoes and okra 15-ounce, optional
- 2 cups water

- If using ground beef or turkey, cook meat until brown and add to slow cooker along with all other ingredients.
