- 10 oz Campbell's Cream of Mushroom 98% fat free 25% less sodium
- 16 oz Perdue Ground Chicken
- 14 oz Swanson chicken Broth 100% fat free 33% less sodium
- 1 cup mushrooms pieces or slices
- 1/2 cup celery diced
- 1/2 cup Onions chopped
- 1 cup Fat free half and half
- 1 cup Peas frozen
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 cups brown rice

Instructions
- Brown chicken, mushrooms, onion, celery, & pressed garlic
- put cream of mushroom, broth, in crock pot, and add browned chicken mixture cook on high 3 hours.
- 1 hour before serving cook cook rice, ( unless you are using min. rice) add cream to crock pot
- 30 mins. before serving add peas to crock pot
