- 2 lbs flank steak
- 2 cups Broccoli
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 1 red pepper cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder or dried minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- asparagus
- 90 second Brown rice

Instructions
- Prepare the spice mix by combining all of them together and season steaks by rubbing the spice mix on both sides. Add asparagus around steak and drizzle with oil.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes until meat is done and slice after it has cooled to keep in moisture.
