  1. Sauté the onion and garlic over medium-high heat in a non-stick skillet lightly coated with no fat/no calorie cooking spray. Add the chicken and sauté on both sides until browned. Add the rest of the ingredients and heat until bubbly. Reduce heat to medium-low, then cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the center is no longer pink.
  2. *Can be converted to a slow cooker recipe by placing all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook for 3-4 hours on high or 6-7 hours on low.
