Ingredients

ground turkey
bison, or super lean ground beef

cloves
garlic
minced

medium green bell pepper
chopped

medium to large onion
chopped

can crushed tomato
29 oz, No Sugar Added

jar salsa
16oz, No Sugar Added
1/4
cup
chili powder
approx, more or less to taste

cumin
approx, to taste

can black beans
low sodium, rinsed and drained
Instructions
Brown meat in a large stock pot along with garlic, bell pepper, and onion. Add beans, tomatoes, salsa, and spices to taste. Simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.
