Easy Tofu (Or Chicken) Stir Fry

  1. Heat a wok or wide saucepan on high and add all oils. Add tofu and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Reduec heat to medium-high, add veggies and soy sauce, and continue to stir-fry for an additional 3 minutes or until broccoli is bright green.
  2. Variation: Use chicken instead of tofu and marinate in soy sauce for a few minutes.
