Ingredients
For the Sauce

low-sodium soy sauce or Bragg’s Liquid Aminos – has less sodium

honey

lime

For the Foil packets

instant brown rice
can use the 90 sec rice if preferred

large raw shrimp peeled and deveined

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Prepare the sauce by combining soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, in a mixing bowl; stir to combine and set aside.
Cut out foil big enough for each packet to hold all 3 ingredients.
Lay out the foil sheets and divide the rice mixture evenly over each foil with ½ cup of rice per foil (after cooked as directed on package)
Arrange shrimp and broccoli over the rice.
Pour the marinade over the food in each foil packet.
Fold the sides of the foil over the fish, covering completely; seal the packets closed.
Transfer foils to a jelly roll pan or large baking sheet.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes, or until shrimp is pink and broccoli tender
Remove from oven and carefully open up each packet.
