Ingredients

granny smith apples
cored and cut into wedges

Lemon Juice

boneless loin pork roast

large carrots
cut into large chunks

tbs
rosemary
1.5

broth
vegetable or beef
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl toss apples with lemon juice and set aside. Season roast with salt and pepper and line crock pot with liner.
Add half of the apples to slow cooker. Next add the roast and then top with remaining apples and carrots and top with rosemary. Add broth.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours, Medium for 5-6, and Low for 7-8 hours.
