You’ll be working against resistance from body weight and gravity while hanging from the TRX straps. Be prepared to work multiple muscles, build super core strength and increase flexibility all while protecting your joints.

We recommend you arrive 5 minutes before class start time. We have all other equipment and accessories you will need for class.
MAKE UP OPTIONS
You can make up Beginner TRX with any TRX or Bootcamp including: TRX Fit, Beginner Bootcamp, 20 Second Bootcamp, or Booty Bootcamp during the week. Weekends are not included in make ups.
