The McClure Fitness Weight Loss Challenge is a local legend in Central and Northwest Arkansas. That’s because the Challenge is about so much more than losing weight. It’s about taking back control of your body and your confidence.

During the 12 -week challenge, I’ll be with you every step of the way, guiding you so that you can redefine yourself. I’ll provide the workouts you need, teach you healthy eating habits, and create accountability within the group to keep you on track.

The Challenge is intense and intimate. No matter where you are, we will celebrate wins together and encourage each other when things get tough.

If you’ve ever struggled with your weight and have tried countless times to change, only to find yourself right back where you started (or worse), this is for you. You are strong. You are capable. You will succeed.

Healthy Eating



We will teach you EVERYTHING about how to lose weight and keep it off FOREVER. The Sunday meetings plus the expert interaction from the group is amazing.

YES! We will have all our workouts online and want you to start working out five times a week too… even if that means you just do 10-15 minutes a day the first couple of weeks. THAT IS OKAY! Four weeks in, you will be going 30, 40, 50 minutes! We are all about PROGRESS, not perfection.

YES! We have an extensive meal planning, calorie counting, macro breakdown recipe collection.

Can you eat a turkey sandwich? Then you can lose weight on this program.

YES! Because we teach lifestyle weight loss, which means we will also teach you how to maintain a healthy weight. This program is for everyone, whether you have 100 pounds or 10 pounds to lose.

The Challenge price does not include classes at the local gym.

Five workouts per week makes the difference. You will get 5 virtual classes to workout online from anywhere, anytime. These can supplement workouts you already do (although many top finishers in the Challenge have exclusively done the online workouts).
