We recommend you arrive 5 minutes before class start time.  We have all other equipment and accessories you will need for class.

MAKE UP OPTIONS

You can make up Bootcamp with any other Bootcamp, including: Beginner Bootcamp, 20 Second Bootcamp, or Booty Bootcamp, during the week.  Weekends are not included in make ups.

    Boot camp is my absolute favorite class! It introduces you to a variety of workouts all at once! There is always cardio and strength training involved. Boot camp really gets your heart rate going which helps you burn the most fat. The instructors are great and always show you how to modify things if needed!
