We recommend you arrive 5 minutes before class start time.  Bring a large beach towel and yoga mat. We have all other equipment and accessories you will need for class.


You can make up Fat Blaster with any other Fat Blaster or Bootcamp including: Beginner Bootcamp, 20 Second Bootcamp, or Booty Bootcamp during the week.  Weekends are not included in make ups.

    I have taken this class with both Pam and Bridgette as instructors and I always love it! It’s a heated class, so bring water and a hand towel because we sweat out a lot of toxins. It’s fast paced, always different and you can not get bored with it. The instructors are so fun and encouraging. They can challenge anyone at any fitness level, suggesting modifications if needed, and we all burn some serious calories!
