OVERVIEW

Barre is one of those sneaky workouts that looks simple but quickly shows you that there’s work to be done. Using ballet-inspired movements, every class blends low-impact and high-intensity exercises for impressive results.

This is a burpee-free zone. We also trade heavy weights for smaller weights but don’t let that fool you. You’ll still experience crazy burns from the tiny intentional movements.

Never underestimate the value of strength training. This diverse program covers big muscle groups to small muscle groups so you will see and feel the difference.
