99% lean turkey or 96% lean beef

mixed vegetables
drained, 15-ounce

carrots

diced tomatoes

tomatoes and okra

Instructions
If using ground beef or turkey, cook meat until brown and add to slow cooker along with all other ingredients.
Cook on low for 4 hours
Serve hot and enjoy!
