Salsa Verde Taco Bowl
(You can either use the seasonings listed below, I make my own taco seasoning so you can do that or just use a packet of pre-made taco seasoning)

Taco Bowls

cup
salsa verde

cups
black beans
drained and rinsed

cups
whole kernel corn
drained

Roma tomatoes
diced
fresh cilantro
for garnish
lime wedges
for garnish

cooked brown rice

ground beef
Instructions
Cook rice according to package directions and set aside.
Heat skillet over medium high heat.
Add ground beef and use a wooden spoon to crumble it, breaking it up
After it is broken up a bit, and starting to brown, add all the seasonings.
Stir well.
Add salsa verde and stir to combine
Brown ground beef, crumbling as you go.
Once browned, remove from heat, and drain the grease off.
Slice tomato into chunks
Sprinkle cilantro on add a lime to squeeze over top
Feel free to serve with extras such as sour cream, avocado, corn tortillias etc.
