For the Garnish

For the Sea Bass

lime juice
fresh squeezed
sea salt
Instructions
To Make the Base
Warm the honey, slightly.
Whisk the base together.
Directions
Season sea bass with salt and cover with lime juice
Allow to marinate for 10 minutes, then strain.
Combine bass with vegetables and base
