Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach and arugula mixed greens
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts can also use sliced almonds if you don't like walnuts
- 1/4 cup reduced fat feta cheese omit if dairy free
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries can also use blueberries if you don't like raspberries
- 1 serving raspberry vinaigrette Bragg and Skinny girl are good brands - be mindful of fat and carb content when purchasing dressing

Instructions
- Wash and dry greens well (make sure and let drain all the water out or dry with paper towels very well or your salads will be soggy later in the week. If you have a container with separate compartments then I would add ingredients separate from salad greens if possible.
