Ingredients
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 cans white beans drained
- 2 can green chilis with liquid diced
- 1 tbs dried oregano
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Add chicken to large stockpot over medium heat. Add chicken stock and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Shred chicken with 2 forks and add back to the liquid. Add garlic and onion and white beans and cook until onions become clear. Lower temp to low and add additional seasonings and let simmer for at least 20 minutes. The longer the flavors can simmer the better!
