Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 4 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 cup white onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 15 oz canned diced tomatoes (No sugar added, a “seasoned” variety is good if you can find one)
- 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 3-4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- Mix everything together (can be in a slow cooker or in a pot on the stove) then add the chicken. Stovetop: Cook on medium heat until the chicken is tender (at least an hour). Slow cooker: Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours, or low for 6-7 hours. Serve over brown rice.
