Ingredients
For the Sauce
- 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce or Bragg's Liquid Aminos - has less sodium or Bragg's Liquid Aminos - has less sodium
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 lime juiced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
For the Foil packets
- 2 Packages instant brown rice can use the 90 sec rice if preferred
- 1 pound large raw shrimp peeled and deveined 4 oz per packet
- 1.5 cups broccoli florets per foil packet
- 1 pound large raw shrimp peeled and deveined 4 oz per packet
- 1.5 cups broccoli florets per foil packet

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Prepare the sauce by combining soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, in a mixing bowl; stir to combine and set aside.
- Cut out foil big enough for each packet to hold all 3 ingredients.
- Lay out the foil sheets and divide the rice mixture evenly over each foil with ½ cup of rice per foil (after cooked as directed on package)
- Arrange shrimp and broccoli over the rice.
- Pour the marinade over the food in each foil packet.
- Fold the sides of the foil over the fish, covering completely; seal the packets closed.
- Transfer foils to a jelly roll pan or large baking sheet.
- Bake in oven for 20 minutes, or until shrimp is pink and broccoli tender
- Remove from oven and carefully open up each packet.
