- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 medium potatoes
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 package ranch salad dressing mix
- 1/2 cup almond milk or water
- Parsley optional- topping for garnish

Instructions
- For easier clean up, add a crock pot liner to pan.
- Layer potatoes and carrots on the bottom of slow cooker and place chicken on top. (Add salt and pepper on each layer)
- In a medium bowl mix together the soup and dry ranch packet and water or almond milk.
- Pour on top of the chicken and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- Sprinkle dried parsley over the top of each container.
