Ingredients
- 1 lb 93/7 ground turkey
- 1 can white corn drained
- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 egg
- 4 limes
- 7 small sweet potatoes total
- 1/4 cup sweet onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup jalapeno finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro finely chopped

Instructions
- After you have washed canned ingredients, add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well adding salt and pepper (I usually have to eventually use my hands)
- Set mixture in the fridge to chill for 20 or so minutes to let all the flavors combine.
- Heat a skillet to medium heat and either add 1 tbsp of olive or coconut oil or spray the pan each time you place a new batch of burgers on. For mixture into patties and place in skillet. Cook approximately 7-8 minutes on each side until done.
- Add in each container half a lime to be used on burger when ready to eat.
- Add 1 sweet potato to each container. You can cook this ahead or leave it for the person to cook themselves. I’ll let ya’ll decide this. When you cook it, rinse well and punch holes all around it and add a damp paper towel around the potato and place in the microwave for 4 minutes. Turn it over to the next side and cook another 4 minutes until done.
