Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey bison, or super lean ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium green bell pepper chopped
- 1 medium to large onion chopped
- 1 can crushed tomato 29 oz, No Sugar Added
- 1 jar salsa 16oz, No Sugar Added
- 1/4 cup chili powder approx, more or less to taste
- 2 tsp cumin approx, to taste
- 2 can black beans low sodium, rinsed and drained

Instructions
- Brown meat in a large stock pot along with garlic, bell pepper, and onion. Add beans, tomatoes, salsa, and spices to taste. Simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.
