Ingredients
- 1 large wrap I like the mission carb balance whole wheat or the extreme wellness brand
- 4 oz deli turkey
- 1 large lettuce leaf for crunch
- red bell pepper sliced, can also use banana peppers
- 1 serving hummus I like black bean hummus
- baby carrots
- cucumber
- grapes

Instructions
- Place ingredients into wrap except for hummus (I would put this in a little plastic cup you can find in bulk at walmart or target to keep from getting soggy)
- Add 1/2 cup each of baby carrots, cucumber, and grapes to container for the sides. You can add a slice of cheese unless you are dairy free.
