- sliced red onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- kosher salt and black pepper
- 1/2 roasted red pepper in water; chopped
- 1 ounce genoa salami sliced
- 6 tablespoons shredded part-skim mozzarella
