- 2 granny smith apples cored and cut into wedges
- 1 tbs Lemon Juice
- 4 pounds boneless loin pork roast
- 4 large carrots cut into large chunks
- 1 tbs rosemary
- 1.5 cups broth vegetable or beef
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a medium bowl toss apples with lemon juice and set aside. Season roast with salt and pepper and line crock pot with liner.
- Add half of the apples to slow cooker. Next add the roast and then top with remaining apples and carrots and top with rosemary. Add broth.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours, Medium for 5-6, and Low for 7-8 hours.
