- 1/4 cup chicken broth*
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp red bell pepper finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts trimmed of fat

Instructions
- In a plastic bag mix all ingredients together and shake well to coat chicken. Marinade in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to overnight. Grill.
